BT Mobile Care provides mobile phone repair services, including but not limited to: software updates, hardware repairs, device inspections, screen replacements, and battery replacements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payments
All service charges will be communicated to you before proceeding with the repair or service. Payment for services is required upon completion of the work. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, eSewa, Khalti, IMEPay, Bank transfer, FonePay, and other mobile payment services. Any price estimates provided are subject to change if further issues are detected during the repair process.
4. Warranty
We provide a warranty of 2 to 7 days on specific repairs, such as screen replacement and battery repair, depending on the type of service. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, water damage, or accidental drops. Any tampering with the repaired device by a third party will void the warranty.
5. Liability
BT Mobile Care is not liable for any loss of data, damage to devices beyond repair, or any delays caused by external factors such as availability of parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all important data before handing over the device for repair.
6. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and ensure that any personal data or information provided to us will be kept confidential. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent.
7. Customer Conduct
We expect respectful behavior from all customers towards our staff. Any form of abuse or disrespect will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating this policy.
8. Amendments
BT Mobile Care reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
